When you click on Request Enable Labs Services, you will open a page where you can configure a new experiment for acquisition by the Enable Lab.
Select which group the data will be uploaded to.
For each experiment, you can add a unique Experiment Name and Experiment Description.
The Image Configuration information is used to specify what assay type is used, as well as associated information about the data, unique to each assay. We require this information to know how to perform downstream analysis on your data, and to know what scale to visualizer your image data at.
For Phenocycler, we will additionally ask you to select from our prebuilt biomarker panels. Our first available panel is the “Fusion Panel 1”, but we are developing additional panels for use.
Please follow the instructions on this page to ship us your samples. You may click “Finish” when you understand these instructions, and are ready to ship us your samples.
After you have finished submitting your experiment, the Enable Lab will contact you to coordinate sample shipping. See the sample preparation guidelines if you’d like to get a head start.
Once the mounted samples have been received by the Enable lab (or once they have been processed if you submitted tissue blocks for processing), an overview image of the experiment will appear under the Label Samples tab.
