When the selected feature group is Cell Type, Cell Interaction, or Cell Interaction (log2 odds), you’ll see a visualization card titled Interaction Chord Diagram.
This view represents each region/patient/sample as a circle. The arcs along its circumference indicate the the frequency of a specific cell type in the region/patient/sample. Arcs inside the circle indicate the frequency of an interaction between two cell types, as a proportion of all of the interactions in the region/patient/sample. This view is interactive by default.
Hovering over a cell type label or arc will dim the other interactions, highlighting interactions involving that cell type.
