Compare cell frequencies/interactions/Cell Neighborhoods across cohorts.
This is a standard volcano plot, with difference between the cohorts on the x-axis, and -log(p-value) on the y-axis. The p-value is the result of a Welch’s t-test.
Options you can select:
P-value correction
: By default, no p-value correction is applied. The options are Benjamini-Hochberg (false-discovery rate) or Bonferroni (family-wise error rate).Compare all feature groups/Compare single feature group
: By default, the feature group chosen in the top panel is shown. However, you can also visualize all of the feature groups (frequency/interaction/Cell Neighborhood) together.Show significance threshold
: Draws a red line at -log10(p = 0.05)Hover over a point to show the feature that point corresponds to and the underlying data.
In the upper right corner of this panel, there are also buttons to allow you to download an SVG or PNG image of the plot, or a CSV file of the raw data underlying the plot.
