Once you have defined the feature group, you can also define the level of aggregation with which you wish to display the results.
Region
: This is the default level of aggregation, where each Region is treated as an independent entity (no aggregation).Sample
: This aggregation treats all Regions belonging to the same Sample as a single entity. Metrics are re-calculated by considering all cells in the Regions that comprise each Sample. This is highly recommended if some of your Samples were imaged as multiple Regions, since Regions from the same Sample are likely to be correlated.Patient
: This aggregation treats all Regions belonging to the same Patient as a single entity. Metrics are re-calculated based on all cells in the Regions that comprise each Patient.
