Once you click Create New Study, you will land on the Study Details page.
In the second panel, you will see the study name and description, and a summary of the total number of Experiments and Samples contained in all of those Experiments.
Click Edit Study to:
Make any changes to the Study Name and Study Description
To edit the other groups that this study is shared with see:
Then click Save once you are finished.
The second panel also contains an option to publish your own study or if viewing a published study, an option to copy that study to your own group (for certain studies, see below).
You can also Favorite studies from this panel. Favorited Studies will appear first in any study dropdowns across the platform for easy access.
In the third panel, you will see information about all of data, metadata, and analysis in this study.
First you’ll find an overview of what you have completed and what you can still do in this study. Here you will also find an entrypoint to Create Experiment, which you’ll need to do in order to upload image data if you have not already.
