To create a new study, click the New Study button on the My Group’s Data page.

You will be navigated to a page where you can:

• Select the Group that the study should be created for
• Enter the name and description of the new study
• [Optional] Associate raw data to this study
  • If you need to add new data to the study, you can also click Need to upload new data?

Clicking Select Existing Data to Associate will bring you to the following screen. Here, you can select which experiments to associate with your study.

For easier browsing, you can also:

• Use the filter chips to filter down to only Your Data, Public Data, or Shared Data
• Search across your data
• Create sample rules based on clinical metadata

To add all the data from an experiment to the current study, use the checkbox on the left of the experiment. You can also add only a subset of the data from an experiment to the current study; to do so, use the arrow on the right side of the row to expand the row, and explicitly select regions from that experiment to add.
