Stitched ome.tif files and raw signal intensity data for all images in your study are available for you to download for external use. The stitched ome.tif files are located under the Visualizer tab in the Data Manager page. CSV files of quantified signal intensities of each channel in each cell, as well as their x and y coordinates, are located under the Uploads tab. Additionally, any other files and documents uploaded using the Processor either by the Enable team or by the Users in your group will appear under the Uploads tab.
