This tab of the Study Details page contains a bird’s eye view of data flow in your study. Here, you can track analysis paths, data provenance, and related metadata. These are generated by executing apps in the Analysis Toolkit.
By default, if any your Study contains any analysis data, you will see a graph.
Each node in this graph relates to a data set. Starting from the left, you will find Cell Segmentation Versions. Lines extending from the right of a node point to data sets that were generated using the node.
The graph also tracks metadata relating to each data set. This includes creation timestamps, configuration, and more. To view metadata, click on any node in the graph.
You may also switch to a tabular view of the same information by enabling the Show Table View toggle. This view also includes the option to download a CSV file for each annotation set, which will include a row for each cell noting its cell_id
(which can be used to map between annotation sets and biomarker expression data), which acquisition_id
contained that cell, and the annotation value or label for that cell. Note that the annotation download must be prepared after the button is pressed, so you may need to wait for some time.
Annotation sets are our general purpose category for any cell-level annotation: QC filters, cell type annotations generated using the gating or clustering extensions, neighborhood annotations from the cell neighborhood extension, ROIs, etc.
