When you click on Upload Data, you will enter a flow where you can upload imported data.

You will be asked to do:

• File selection: choosing the group to upload files to, and the files to upload
• Sample Labeling: naming the uploaded tissue regions and grouping them into samples
• Info & Configuration: naming this experiment upload, providing relevant assay information, and associating the images with a biomarker panel
• [Optional] Sample Metadata: associating your images with particular samples and patients, and the corresponding metadata traits that you may have collected
• [Optional] Study Association: Select which study or studies to add this data to.

File Selection

On the File Selection screen, you will be able to select the Group to upload the files to. You may also select the files to upload. This can be done by using the “Open File Uploader” button.

Clicking this button will open the following modal, where you will find some information about what files we accept. For more information about requirements for uploading, please see Import Image Data Checklist

You can begin uploading files by clicking the “Begin uploading with Signiant” button.

This should then bring up the Signiant modal.

• Why do I need to download Signiant?

Within the Signiant modal, you can upload files by selecting “Add Files” or by dragging files from your computer into the modal. Navigate to the folder that contains your image files, use multi-select to select all the files you wish to upload, then click open.
