This panel is available if you have selected a Study from the Channels Panel. It is not available if you have selected an Experiment, or if you have no studies on the Enable Cloud Platform.

Notes

On the right hand side of the screen, you will see the Visualizer Menu. The second panel of the menu is the Notes & Stories Panel.

Creating a Note

To create a note, click on the New Note button at the bottom of the panel. On the next screen, you can add a title and text to your note. You may also draw boxes, and toggle between freeform and box selection modes. To draw a region of interest, click and drag on the image.

Click Save Note when you are done creating your note.

Note that:

• When you click Save Note, this will save not only the contents of your note, but also the image settings that were on when the note was created—which regions were annotated, and which channels were on.
• A note can contain multiple ROIs across up to 4 regions.
• You can delete ROIs by hovering over the edge of the ROI. It will highlight in bold

Existing Notes

Once you have created notes, they will be displayed in a table of contents.

Clicking on a note will show the ROIs associated with that note, and open a menu with options for the note.

• Pencil icon: This will allow you to edit the note—add additional ROIs, change the channel settings, change the title, or change the text.

  

• Trash icon: This will delete the note.

  

• “Add to Story” button: This button will take you through a flow to add this note to a Story

• Sharing icon: This will open a modal to allow you to share this note.

  

• Click on All Notes to return to the table of contents.

Below these actions, there are arrow icon buttons to flip between notes in the study.
