Below we have a brief description of each filter type and some examples.

Examples for Upper Advanced Search Panel

For the Author Names, and Specified Keywords text fields, type in the authors and keywords separated by commas. Note for the Author Names field, do not separate a single author's name by a comma or else it will be queried as two different authors.

Examples for Lower Advanced Search Panel

For the filters with checklists (e.g. Biomarkers Used), when you select multiple items within the same filter, it will include any results that match at least one of the selected options.
Across different filters, for a study to be included in the search results, it must satisfy the criteria from all the filters you have applied. So for instance, selecting assay types “CODEX” and “PhenoCycler” will find studies that use either the CODEX assay or the PhenoCycler assay. However, if you also select “DAPI” as a biomarker in addition to the other filters, it will find studies that include both CODEX and DAPI or PhenoCycler and DAPI.
